  Top location in Palm Cove with delightful gardens and pool precinct, sadly the mixed-use resort, commercial premises and apartment complex is known since mid-2016 for pushing the limits of miserable and unfair rental property management practices towards tenants.

  For the price three nights at 1,500 at least expect it to be clean . The air conditioning in the lounge room had a bad rattling noise the one in my room was getting really strong smells from the kitchen down stairs every time they were cooking so i was constantly turning it on and off . The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were inadequate the spar was broken the hallway to the rooms didn't smell to pleasant . The toilet paper was very poor quality. After telling them about this after the first couple of hours the poor maintenance man had a crack at trying to fix stuff . They said that would give us a discount so on check out nothing was said , i had to ask and gave us a 10% discount which i thought was inadequate . Not to mention it was our 10 year anniversary.

  Quite apartments and didn't feel overly busy (Aug). It was a great location for the family. The only downside was the cool temperature of the impressive lagoon style pool If it was warmer we would not have left the pool area at all being so beautifully set amongst the giant paper bark trees. A great place to relax on the deck.
