Take photos of every square inch of the car.
Recently got charged $180.00 aus extra for a tiny stone chip below the bumper that I couldnt prove I didnt do, the car was a few years old and there were numerous other scratches around the base of the car.
I wonder how many other times they have on charged for these minor chips. Seems there is no fare wear & tear policy, and no comeback.
