- SHAYE GILES Added April 26, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband and I booked in for a week going by the photos on the Pullmans web page - Our first mistake - We have previously stayed at a Pullman in Bali which was fantastic so we assumed it would be the same .
Our room in Palm Cove was very tired and dark with large amounts of silicon for patch up jobs throughout our apartment . The staff were very hard working but sparse - the only guy working in the lagoon bar was run off his feet the entire week and we witnessed many times the queue seven deep and quite a few patrons left to go elsewhere. The same is at reception, where upon arrival we waited quite a long time just to check in. The same lonely staff member was not only checking patrons in but playing bell hop bringing in luggage - I truly hope these staff members are being well paid.
